Morag joined WoSCoP in 2000. She has more than 15 years’ experience, covering EU funding; financial management; economic development and college policy and operations.	Dugald joined WoSCoP in 2006. He has almost 20 years’ experience of creating, managing and monitoring European and transnational educational projects.
